No one is good at everything, but everyone has something they're great at — Ted's Log

At TED School,Education doesn't just happen in the 40 minutes of class. It's woven into every corner of the campus, present in the details children see and touch every day.

Ted International School features numerous multilingual slogans. They're not cold, rigid rules—they're warm messages of growth.Today, I'd like to share Ted's educational philosophy through these small cards.

  • Embrace imperfection: You don't have to be an expert at everything.

No one is good at everything, but everyone is good at something.

We may not be good at everything, but everyone is good at something.

No one is good at everything, but everyone is good at something.

No one excels at everything, but everyone has something they're good at.

This is the sentence that resonates with us most. In today's competitive era, both parents and children are often swept up in an invisible anxiety: we feel compelled to be all-around experts with no weaknesses.

But at Ted, we prefer to tell children: You don't have to be the perfect child everyone expects.

Maybe you memorize math formulas slowly, but you have an incredible sense of color. Maybe you're not the fastest runner, but you're the one who listens best to your friends' hearts. Maybe reciting texts is tough for you, but you can build the most complex structures with blocks.

Everyone has their own time zone and their own moment to shine. We don't expect children to be first in everything. We want them to confidently discover and develop their strengths.

  • Believe in the power of growth: where talent meets effort.

Beyond recognizing strengths, we also believe in the power of nurture. Another saying goes:

Latencio must be trained.

Attention is trained.

Attention is a skill you can train.

Focus can be developed.

It's never too late to start something new.

It's never too late to start something new.

It's never too late to start something new.

It's never too late to try something new.

Often, a child's "I can't" or "I can't learn it" is just a temporary hurdle. At Ted, we encourage kids to see every failure as a learning opportunity: "Every experience is a lesson."

"The whole experience is a learning opportunity."

Every experience is a learning opportunity.

Every experience is a lesson.

Every experience is a lesson.

It's okay if you can't sit still right now; we'll practice focus together, step by step. It's also fine if you haven't found your passion yet—just take that first step. It's never too late to begin.

  • Learn to love yourself: gently and firmly

Education is not just about intellectual growth; it's about shaping character. We've posted advice on self-awareness and empathy on the wall.

About Boundaries:

Don't hide if you want to say no.

Don't say yes when you mean no.

Don't say yes when you mean no.

If you want to say no, don't say yes.

We teach children the courage to be disliked, how to say no, so they can discover what they truly love without compromising themselves.

About Kindness:

Before you say something, think about how you would feel if someone said it to you.

Think about how you would feel if someone said that to you.

Before you speak, consider how it would feel to hear it.

Think before you speak; listen to understand yourself.

Before speaking, consider another's perspective. This is a mark of high regard and shows respect for others.

On Order:

Everything is easier with good organization.

Everything is easier with good organization.

Good organization makes everything easier.

Stay organized, work effortlessly.

Good habits are the foundation of success. They're not just learning strategies—they're life wisdom.

These multilingual slogans are like seeds planted in children's hearts.

At TED International School, we don't follow standardized processes. We nurture each unique, living, and growing soul.We aim for students to leave here not only as top achievers, but with a clear sense of self, warm empathy, and the courage to face an uncertain future.

We are all born with a talent that is our gift.

We are all born with a gift: it is our talent.

We're all born with a talent: it's our gift.

Talent is innate, a gift uniquely ours.

Because "We're all born with a talent: it's our gift."Our mission is to help them unwrap this gift.
